Girls Wrestling
OVERVIEW
Girls wrestling is fully included in both our youth and high school programs, with opportunities to compete in mixed-gender events as well as girls-only tournaments at the local, regional, and state level. The growth of girls wrestling has been remarkable in recent years, with participation rising rapidly and the level of competition continuing to climb. In our program, girls have not only participated but have earned varsity spots outright in their weight classes, reinforcing that success in wrestling is driven by skill, discipline, and work ethic.
Athletes like Nora Quitt, State Champion, NHSCA All American and Fargo Competitor, helped set the standard and inspire younger female athletes by showing what is possible when commitment meets opportunity.
